Bookings
If your treatment requires a patch test (Lash lift / Tints / Spray Tans), please book the 5 minute appointment at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. If a patch test has not been completed it may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, please note the 'Deposits & Cancellations' section.
Deposits and Cancellations
No deposit is required for booking an appointment, but your card details will be taken to cover any late cancellation and no-show fees.
If you need to cancel your appointment(s), please send a message or go online to do so. Cancellations must be received no later than 12 hours prior to your appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled with more than 12 hours notice you will not have any fees to pay.
Any cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the overall total booking value.
Non-arrival without notice will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
If you book a number of appointments and then deciding on the day not to have them (without giving the required 12 hours notice), a charge of 50% will be applied to your bill for the treatments not had.
If you cancel at late notice on three occasions, full payment will be required at the time of booking for future appointments.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that I do not offer any refunds at Beauty with Joanne for a service received. If you are unhappy with a treatment you have received kindly note that you have 24 hours to contact me and an appointment will be made within 72 hours to come back to the beauty room for it to be rectified.
If I am unable to fulfill any treatments due to personal reasons such as illness or due to insufficient equipment or stocks, any deposits or pre-payments will be refunded in full. Please not refund may take up to 5 working days.
Treatment Times
All treatments times include time for consultations, changing and re-booking. If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be adjusted or your appointment will be cancelled if there is insufficient time left to complete the treatment. If your appointment has to be cancelled you will be offered an alternative time or date, if the customer decides not to reschedule then a 100% no-show fee will be charged for the original booking total.
Children
I am able to perform some treatments on those under 16, but they will require adult permissions and supervision during the whole of the treatment.
I understand the difficulties with child care, but small children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointments.
Gift Vouchers
Treat a friend or loved one to a treatment by buying them a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are available for 6 months. These can be bought in the person or online, please message me directly for the correct link.
Valuables
Please keep all your valuables on your person or in your bag at all times. Beauty with Joanne cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any valuables of any kind brought on to the premises.

Clients will fully indemnify and hold harmless Beauty with Joanne, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the treatments and services.
Products
Products can be purchased in person at the beauty room. All products purchased will not be sent by post and need to be collected from Beauty with Joanne, Chavasse Way, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 9FF. Products purchased online will be ready for collection at your next appointment or it will be held until a collection appointment has been arranged.
